We have arranged materials within the portal so that reaching further information is intuitive and consistent with the process of learning the more complex functions of the platform. Components of the documentation have a granular design, which allows flexible changes and extensions based on feedback from users. The ideas and suggestions received from the users of the environment are an integral part of the new enhanced design. Leveraging communications back from our customers, we are able to further develop and improve the support system to reflect the ever-changing demands in business. They complement our training today, and perhaps shortly, they will completely replace them. The current library of our videos contains several items in two languages (Polish and English); after receiving confirmation from users of its usefulness, we look forward to gradually expanding it.
