The application SSC Master LABOUR TIME SYSTEM (LTS) is a repository of all data necessary to complete and comply with labor law, management and accounting of employees’ working time. It supports the whole process from employment, setting conditions and work mode, planning and detailed planning, through monitoring of implementation, records of attendance and time discipline, records of holidays, business trips and sick leave.

The SSC Master software is based on IBM XPages technology, operates on IBM Domino Utility Server and IBM XWork Server platforms and IBM Notes Domino work systems.

Thanks to specially designed mechanisms, it simplifies and speeds up the way of creating individual employee schedules. Includes data collected in the profiles of individual employees, the specificity of positions, the validity of entitlements and medical examinations, limits and schedules, deadlines for contracts. It allows planning for individual people and groups, handling substitutions and accepting applications based on hierarchy and permissions. The department scheduling process is carried out in a transparent way for the user by means of defined planning rules, taking into account all labor law provisions. The application prepares data for financial settlements, including the mode of employment, absence, overwork, and nuisance. Through the import mechanisms it communicates with external data sources. It provides multi-level acceptance of billing and process division, it communicates with external RCP, HRM and ERP systems. The solution works with other applications from the SSC Master family, in particular with the Vacation and Delegation applications, using appropriate data for precise planning and accounting of individual employees’ work time.
